A tragedy

On February 27th, a big earthquake lashes Chile, my country. Many people died, many houses and buildings collapsed and many people lost everything. In the 7th region and 8th region, there were very much pain and damages of infrastructure. There were not water and light in most of the homes in affected zones; help arrived late in some places, and as usual some people earned money thanks the other’s tragedy. Specifically businessmen, because they sold their products more expensive than before, they said that they would help, but they gave blankets and food that others have pay. A great tragedy lashes our country; still there are many people without house and without warm clothes. I wish everything finish as soon as possible. I wait that many people don’t follow hurting.

A very long summer...

This is a very special year, first a great earthquake lashes Chile, there are many dead people, many houses collapses and our Facultad de Ciencias Sociales has problems. We begin the class ago two weeks and the summer doesn´t want leave us. But then comes winter and suddenly we must wear warm clothes, because our winter arrived like a cold surprise.
And now we must to make this blog because we are on third level of english and I must to make my personal presentation: my name is Natalia Albornoz, I study Psychology on second grade. I hope it is a good experience.
